Spotify only partly downloads some albums

Some albums only partly download and I can't see how to force it to complete the download. Sometimes removing the album and putting it back in works but sometimes it doesn't. How can I force a resync? I am on windows phone 8.1

Do you have sufficient space on your device? I'm not sure if windows phone save music on SD card so make sure you have enough space there too.

Plenty of space and I can download more albums but I've got these few albums that are stuck in this part downloaded state

Are you connected to a wifi network or mobile?

Wifi and like I said I can download more albums so there is no connectivity problem

You can try to reinstall the app. You would have to redownload all offline music though.
