Spotify paused

Hi!

I´m not sure if this issue is due to Spotify or our new system at work, but I´ll give this a try.

I work at a switch board for a company, and 2 weeks ago we got a new platform for our phone service. But since we got the new one Spotify is paused each time I get a call, it never did that before (I have it on very low volume just so that I don´t go crazy when we have our quite periods). I have tried looking over the system settings for the audio on my computer, but haven´t found a solution there.

Do you think it´s something I can fix via Spotify or is this some settings on the new phone platform?
