Spotify starts downloading every time I have a WiFi connection

Always stating that it is downloading 49 of 50(97% completed)

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

It's possible you allow new podcast episodes to download automatically. If you follow some podcasts, you can check if that's the case by selecting one of them> settings (it's next to the bell button within the podcast page)> Auto-download episodes. You can toggle off the option and check if you notice any difference after that. 

On another note, we'd like to gather some additional info. Would you mind sending us the make/model and OS of the affected device along with the Spotify version you're running?

Lastly, can you send us a screenshot of the behavior you kindly mentioned above? Be aware this is a public space, so please don't share any personal info on the screenshot you'll send us.
