My Question or Issue

Spotify just stopped playing from all of my Google devices. It was playing just fine, then a song ended and nothing played afterwards. When I try to cast to the Google devices from Spotify on any smartphone or computer the app fails to connect. Other music applications play as expected, so Spotify is the problem.

I have already done all of the following:
1. Power cycled all google home devices
2. Power cycled home wifi router

3. Power cycled smartphone
4. Unlinked and relinked Spotify account from Google Home app
5. Cleared all data from the Spotify app storage
6. Cleared all data from the Google Home app

Assistance would be greatly appreciated, as I have a gathering at my home tomorrow and need the use of Spotify

Hey @Njeuimbhljack

Sorry to hear about this.

I think there is a current issue at Spotify.

On my end the Web Player and TV apps aren't working at the moment and might be also affecting Connect.

Hopefully it will be resolved soon.

I have the same issue.

No step of troubleshooting, rebooting, de-linking, app uninstalling has fixed it. It worked perfectly fine this morning.

The issue appears to be fixed. Thanks everyone for your patience.

Try again now and let me know how it goes.
