Spotify stuck on ad

My spotify is stuck on an ad, I've tried logging out and logging in, I've even tried reinstalling but it keeps playing this McDonald's ad over and over. even going past the 30 seconds allowed, any ideas?

Kudos for the troubleshooting you've done so far. As a next step, can you please let us know your device model, OS version and Spotify version and check if the issue persists on a different device and/or different internet connection?
