Idea submissions does not work on mobile browser

hi, I have an iPhone 12 mini. The idea submissions form is displaying as an empty Div on both Chrome and Safari for iOS 16.5, this is a new issue as I have submitted them in the past. (See screenshot)

 

I was going to use the idea submissions form to suggest that there be an option for a second queue, for example ‘Queue A’ for podcasts and ‘Queue B’ for music. Since when I have my headphones in I only listen to podcasts by myself and when I have my speakers on I play music for a group of people. Because I don’t want to disrupt the order of podcasts I have queued up, I essentially stopped listening to music on Spotify and only use mixcloud instead which is not ideal since sometimes I want to find a particular song, and don’t want to subscribe to Pandora. But I also don’t want to switch back to the Apple podcast app just to listen to podcasts because Spotify is where i have all my subscriptions and play history, please add this feature
