Spotify student- registration says I'm in an unsupported country, although I'm not

Hello there, 

I can't get the spotify premium account for students, although I'm matriculated at a german university, my ip-adress is german and my spotify settings are also set to the country 'Germany'.

Every time i'm logging in over Unidays to get Spotify Premium it says, that I'm in an unsupported country.

How to solve that?
