Spotify thinks I'm in the USA

Spotify thinks I'm in the USA

So, I got logged out of Spotify on Windows and when I try to log back in, in the browser it says that everything went fine (Authentication complete) but my Spotify app says that my country does not match the one set in my profile.
I tried to change the country in the browser through the web player, but it only shows USA countries, and I live in Europe.
If it helps, the Error code is (Error code: accesspoint:17)
