Spotify widget unables the back button on first songs

My Question or Issue

• The new widget doesn't allow for a single or the first song in a list to be restarted, the button appears disabled. If you want to hear it again you must either go in the app and use "back" or set a loop on the song. It's really annoying because in this case ruins the whole purpose of the widget, it looks like it was downgraded.
• The other buttons work fine, even for the last song in a list.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience, I've tested this on my end and was able to restart the first song using the widget controls, so I'm guessing it depends on the device model and the OS version you're using. Can you share yours so we can investigate further?

In the meantime, try reaching out to your phone manufacturer and ask if they've seen similar reports and if there are any settings you can adjust to work around this limitation.
