Spotify won't work on brand new Chromebook

Hi! I just unboxed my new Chromebooke yesterday and I cannot how to figure out how to get Spotify to work on here. I attached a screenshot of the problem that keeps popping up. Any help would be appreciated!

First of all, make sure that you have your browser up-to-date. 

If your Chromebook is Google Play Store Enabled, you can download the Android version of the Spotify app from the Google Play Store. Using the Spotify app on your Chromebook, you'll be able to download music for offline listening.

If your Chromebook is not Google Play Store Enabled, you can use the web player. Try opening the link in an incognito window and see if that works.
