Strange issues about Web Player

My Question or Issue

I can't use Web Player, both Firefox and Chrome. I've tried disabling firewall, antivirus, connect from another network, but I can't access to the web player.

I've tried text: play.spotify.com... but browser trasform it in open.spotify.com... And doesn't work 😞
