Sync Help instructions with current Terminoligy and website configuration

Several times searching for help The moderator describes a path to SETTING that are not available or in another place. after trying to follow a SOLVED instruction.

IE To SETTINGS there is no button on the drop down I finally found it 2 layers down inside "Edit" still not called settings.

I'm not a fluent typist or PC operator but I get by. I imagine someone with less experience would be very frustrated in not being able to follow instructions because of a DEAD END or  like me finding the solution to our distorted sound problem that DOESN'T WORK.  We don't have any other place to go for a cure.

It still didn't correct the problem because the setting were already adjusted as described in the SOLUTION post.

The issue also occurred asking for help with muting individual chat replies. and a few more examples that would take a page of text to share.
