TIC wifi speakers no longer work with spotify

My Question or Issue

On Friday, my TIC BPS560 outdoor WiFi speakers stopped working with Spotify. They worked well using Spotify connect for over a year.  I did a factory reset on the speakers and reconnected to my WiFi.  I deleted my Android Spotify app and reinstalled.   I did the same on my Win10 machines. None of them can find the speakers on my wifi network. iHeart Radio works just fine with the speakers,  so I know they work ask wifi speaker . It is just Spotify that stopped working. Any suggestions?!?

My stopped working in August too. TIC won't connect to Spotify. Worked fine before that.

This weekend, Spotify began working with my TIC speakers again. I didnt change anything. I am happy they are working, but still concerned they will stop again in the future.
