Terms and conditions don’t display upon initial login

On Podcasters I had to sign in again and the link to terms and conditions DOESNT display them, but shows a black screen

It stays blank for more than a minute before I give up. 
so I have been unable to verify that I’ve read the terms and conditions because I haven’t even seen the terms and conditions, which (unlike many people, I suppose) I almost always at least scroll through and glance at what’s there. 

I’m on an iPhone 14+
fully updated. 

Below is a screenshot of the black screen. 
The screen actually is a gif or animation of a dark gray bump of a vertical line rolling like a wave from left to right. 

Attached (just now saw I could attach it) is a screen recording of the “rolling” image that I just spent way too long trying to describe in accurate words lol. 

• Any chance I could be replied to via email , perhaps mine can be found internally instead of me providing it?
