The song are skipping automatically without finishing and music doesn't sound

Hey, 

I've been having this problem recently where my music is playing but no sound comes from it and apart from that, they change automatically without the songs being finished and when the playlist ends it doesn't show any song, just the black space. I've already checked both Spotify's and my computer's volume and they're not muted or low. It's not my Internet connection either. I disabled hardware acceleration, reinstalled Spotify and every single solution I've found but nothing helps and I don't know what to do.

Please help me.
