There are wrong matches being made for concerts on artist names

It looks like the logic of matching an artist with a show automatically doesnt work. E.g I see a show called RAR at a theatre in Oslo. Spotify displays this as a concert with the artist RAR. I almost bought tickets, but I double checked with the venue and there is a show called RAR totally unrelated to the artist.

Seeing an event on Gary Burton's Spotify page almost had me checking flights to Amsterdam. Sadly it appears that there's no Burton/Blade show in the offing, but a description of a jazz quintet playing in Amsterdam that night lists Burton and Blade as influences. And it looks like Spotify copied this info from BandsInTown, who got it who-knows-where. Human error or just bad AI? Or is Gary Burton really coming out of retirement and not even he knows about it yet?

I've noticed that live events, for which I can buy tickets directly from the app, can sometimes be listed under different artists with the same name. For instance, there's an Argentinian band called Airbag and a band from Spain with the same name. This can cause confusion if an event for one band is displayed as an event for the other. It would be great to have a mechanism to report and correct such information.

My Question or Issue

Spotify has listed erroneous concerts for the group Chicago.  December 14, 2024, February 14, 2025, and February 15, 2025 are the dates listed.  When I click on the concert dates, the app directs to tickets for DJ parties, not for tickets to see Chicago. These should be removed from the Spotify page for Chicago. Also, these concerts generate messages that are sent to me.

I've also seen this for Lamp, they're advertising shows for an entirely different band playing in CO that go by the name LaMP but have it under the Lamp artist page.
