My Question or Issue

 I usually only use the app on my mac to play Spotify but recently I tried to sign in on browser and my phone and it was a different account. I use the same email for both, but the new one says I'm a Mexican man born in '92 (I'm none of those), for some reason. So I connected Facebook and still my playlists show up on my mac but on Chrome and Safari, it says I have no playlists. I have also tried "recover playlists" but that didn't work either. What's happening???

 

Also bonus: I'm unable to add my playlists on mac, I used both methods available (drag and drop, manual add) and neither makes the songs show up in any playlist.
