My Question or Issue

 When I try to log in to the web player in Firefox it says "

Could not connect to the reCAPTCHA service. Please check your internet connection and reload to get a reCAPTCHA challenge.
"
I've been able to log in up until today, so this seems to be a recent change of some kind.
 
Additionally, I should note that I see a 404 when the page tries to get "https://www.gstatic.com/recaptcha/api2//recaptcha__en.js" which doesn't seem to be a valid URL.

Thanks for getting in touch!

 

Make sure Firefox is up-to-date. If that does not help, try to open the webplayer in a different web-browser. We'd also like to mention that it's important that Spotify has unrestricted access tot he Internet. So if you are using Spotify at work, get in touch with the system admin to make sure Spotify has full access.
