My Question or Issue

I’m suddenly unable to play anything on any devices other than my phone. If I ask Alexa to play I get a response to suggest that it’s trying to play, but nothing happens. I can’t select any devices in the app to play on either. I’ve got multiple devices but it won’t play on any of them. I’ve tried restarting the router and reinstalling the app but nothing is working.

If you're having difficulties connecting to your Alexa devices, could you first off check out this page and go through the steps 🙂

 

Should the issue persist, take a look at this Spotify Answer and try disconnecting your Alexa and Spotify accounts and then link them again.
