How do I see which units I’m logged in on?

Hey there, welcome to the Spotify Community!

If you are talking about devices you are logged into, there is no way to see all of them in one place as of now. You can log out from all the devices in one click using the sign-out everywhere option available on your account page. You can also click here to visit the same.

Likewise, you can also manage the apps and services connected to your Spotify account on the same page under manage apps.
