Using spotify with ONKYO device

I am trying to set up spotify with my new ONKYO receiver. I have premium on spotify and I have it linked to my facebook account. I have tried logging in with my facebook account on the ONKYO receiver and I have also tried using the long numerical username they gave me in my subscription email. Neither seem to be working. Any ideas?
