According to Volvo there is a known problem, where the Spotify app suffles songs on albums and playlists even though shuffle function isn't activated. Extremely annoying when listening to concept albums etc. This happened after installing the latest update in the begining of July this year. 

Can you please give us an indication as to when a new release adressing this bug will be released?

Have you tried turning off shuffle on your latest-used device (smartphone or desktop)?

Hi, 

This was an issue related to a bug in the Volvo OTA SW in the begining of July '19.

It was fixed in a later SW update, sometime during fall' 19

ok just to let you know - I realized that shuffle/non shuffle in playlists is adjusted (weirdly), by your mobile app:

While you are listening music via Volvo, if you open the Spotify app on your iphone and select the shuffle option, you will see that Volvo will shuffle the next track.
