[WP8.1] Spotify doesn't work - huge problem

Hello everyone,

I would like to report a huge issue. Spotify app doesn't work. It is impossible to play any song, because the only thing that i can see is loading screen. The problem is with huge amount of playlists - when i will create a new account problem disappear and everything is OK. But that's not the point. Do you have any suggestions how to resolve this problem? But the most important question is - why Spotify developers didn't make any progress with that issue and we still have unfinished version of app on WP8.1??? This is really annoying, because Spotify versions on Android or iOS are working perfectly - so it is possible to make an good app. A lot of people have problem with Spotify on WP8.1. I have WP from almost over a 1 year and still there is an issue like this. I'm really disappointed. Please Spotify team - DO SOMETHING WITH THAT ISSUE!!!
