Unable to login on my Onkyo receiver

I recently sent my Onkyo receiver in for service.  They reset the receiver when they sent it back.  I can no longer log in to Spotify.  I used Spotify in the past with a device login, and password.  This no longer seems to work.  I have tried to reset my device password, but I keep getting error messages.  I have also tried logging in on the receiver with with my Facebook info.  It also does not work.  Can't seem to find any sort of support contact info, which seems ridiculous being as though I pay for the service. Anyone know a way to resolve this?  Thanks.
