Web Player Finds New Ways to Fail

Spotify is amazing but the Web Player is not. It stops working every day. Sometimes clearing the cache works, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes it starts working again and sometimes it stays broken for days at a time.

I am using a standard Windows set up. I have two related requests. First, the Spotify staff already has the answers, so please create a simple and easily navigable library of solutions. Hunting around on this forum is usually a waste of time and always an awful user experience. 

Second, can you please create quick fix buttons for the most common problems while you work on permanently addressing them? Again, it is a terrible user experience to have a great product fail, search for an answer, manually step through a fix hoping it works, and then have the product fail again 10 minutes later.
