Issue

The web player controls don't respond to the Play, Next or Previous buttons. Firefox and Chrome Dev Tools both report an HTTP 403 error.

 

Debugging Steps Taken:

- Force Refresh (Cmd + Shift + R)

- Log out and back in

- Flushed sockets (chrome://net-internals/#sockets)

- Use different browsers (Firefox vs Chrome)

- Use different connections (home Wi-Fi vs tethered from phone)

The source of the error was found by a support agent:

There were two duplicate accounts with the same email address, one of which was created through Facebook.
