My Question or Issue

I was listening to my music using the web player when it just stopped working on all the devices I have. The UI just stays in infinite play loop. If it helps there is a network error where the request to the service responds with a 504 with a a "token not provided" message.

 

I tried clearing the cache, clearing all the storage (cookies, local storage...), using in incognito mode but nothing seems to work.

No one had this problem? still no way to play music 😞

Having the same issue, just started today.  I've cleared cache, cookies, all of it.  When I hit play, it just never loads the song.  I've tried using the web player on 3 different browsers and it is doing the same thing on all of them.
