So I found this issue too but for some reason couldn't get passed it. HOWEVER if you click the "Still need help" thing it'll take you to the proper site with you logged in and you can click on your account in the top right then click on the Spotify Logo at the top left and it'll take you to your music and stuff. Apparently Spotify staff has no idea what they're doing or how to support their customers so hope this helps.

In order to access your account on your new phone, you simply need to enter your login details. If you can't remember them, check out this guide.
If you're prompted to enter a pairing code, please let us know where you've clicked and send us a few screenshots illustrating the issue.

Can you let us know what log in method (email + password/ Apple log-in/ Samsung log-in) do you normally use to log in and what device you're trying to log in now - Android, Apple etc.
It's a good idea to check your email address for a pairing code that might be sent there. Check your Spam and Junk folders as well.
Keep us posted on how you get on.
Is there an answer here, all I see is answering questions with questions. Just got a request by trying to login to Spoitfy through spotify.com on my windows 11 pc google chrome browser.
I've search two factor authentication, my email, etc, and nothing will let me login. Would love an answer here to just tell us how to find our "Pairing Code."

I have checked my Gmail I can't find any pairing code, I can't login into my account
This is so lame. Why can't I just find my magical 'paring code' somewhere on my account profile? Ridiculous. Please Spotify address this shortcoming and stop torturing your paying customers.
I too am having this issue. I login through my FB account and get prompted for a pairing code.
Yes, I also had this issue and could get to my profile by clicking on the "still need help buttnon", then, on the next screen, click on "Profile" -> Account. In this new screen where all the account specifications are mentioned, I went to the very bottom where the social media icons are displayed, and clicked on the Spotify icon, which took me to my library. Hope this helps.
