When I clicked on an artist merch it sends me an error, website not reach

Idk if I can’t reach the artist merch because she lives in Europe and I live in America, but it sends me to a page that said 404’s and heartbreaks. I would like to know if there could be anything to fix it. 🙁 also btw her name is Delilah Bon

We've checked the merch of the artist you mentioned and the page appears to be working well. So, to make sure this issue is not network-related, would you mind checking with a different Wi-Fi network to see if it makes any difference? If you don't have another one available, you can use a mobile data hotspot to test it. 

If the issue persists, could you check using a different browser in an incognito/private window to see if the issue persists?

Lastly, would you mind confirming if the issue happens with other artists as well?
