When I log into my Spotify account on Playstation 5 it logs me out

After maximum 15seconds it logs me out, no error code and no information on why

First up, we suggest that you restart your router by unplugging it from the power for a few minutes and then plugging it back to see if that makes the difference. If this doesn't do the trick, could you give a different internet connection a go to check if that helps? You can try creating a hotspot on your phone and using that.

If the issue persists afterwards, we'd recommend following these steps:
 

1. Log in to your account page and scroll all the way to the bottom.
2. Select SIGN OUT EVERYWHERE.
