PS5 language bug

PS5 language bug

I am having trouble with it on the PS5. It is saying I have zero songs in my liked playlist when I don’t And it keeps going in different languages. And I have logged out of Spotify and re-downloaded it on the PlayStation

Hey @Joenokes,

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community. We hope you don't mind us moving your reply as the thread where you've posted was a bit outdated.

We'd suggest that you check if you're logged in the correct account.

On another note, could you please let us know what you meant by "going in different languages". We couldn't catch what the issue is it by this explanation. Please send as much detail as possible. In addition, a screenshot of what you're referring to would be greatly appreciated as we can get a clear idea of how things look on your end.

Hope this helps. If anything else comes up, the Community will be here for you.

I found a Bug in Ps4 and 5

The music menu in Ps5 pauses and skip to another song and the labels kept changing languages everytime I open up the menu

The ps4 does the same thing but no language changes

I took of sync and log out and in again and every part of the troubleshooting still does that... please update this

Hey @okzeroh,

Welcome to the Community and thank you for your message.

In order to investigate this further, would you mind confirming if reinstalling the app on your console makes any difference? If not, could you try using a different network to see if the issue persists? In case you don't have another one available, you can use a mobile data hotspot to test it.

Lastly, it would be great if you could record a short video where we can take a better look. You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert Video option in the post editor. You can also upload it to YouTube or Google Drive and share the link with us (make sure the video has the permission for anyone to watch it).

We'll be on the lookout.
