As a first step, we'd recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app to see if that resolves the issue. You'd also want to make sure that Spotify is set as an exception in any battery or memory optimizing services on your device.

Hi, I've already tried all of that and still doesn't work. I used to have my own plan but since i joined to a family plan it's been failing, i don't know what else to do

1. I've got some playlist downloaded but when i don't access to wifi the playlist doesn't play any song, I don't get ads but I can't listen without wifi either
2. As you can see in the screenshots it shows that its apparently downloaded but the songs are sharp meaning they cant play, also, the screenshots are in spanish but in the black line says that there's no connection to internet when the olaylist is downloaded
3. This only happens on my device, the other people connected to the family plan or on my PC I don't have this problem
4. The Spotify version is 8.7.90.544

Thanks for the replies and the troubleshooting tried so far.
In order for you to be able to listen to content without an internet connection, you'll have to turn on Offline Mode. Here is how to do that. Could you confirm you've done that and it doesn't work?
