When is this going to be solved

Have tried logging into my spotify account on Sonos, I get a message that spotify does not recognize my login information. I have never had a Facebook login, I have a regular username. Anyone have any idea?

Hi there. What device are you using to put in your login details? Some phone keyboards (android most often) put a space at the end of username or password so check that's not occurring to you.
