When playing spotify on ps5 and gaming, my controller has input delay

when i am not streaming spotify there is no controller input delay on ps5, but when i do stream spotify and game the delay is pretty bad. ive done all the standard things i could think of to try to fix this, but im not an expert lol. its only with spotify, when i stream on twitch or yt and have people blowing up my chat there is never a delay. its just spotify that does that 😞

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome to the forum!

Since you mentioned that you've gone over the standard things in order to try to fix this, could you let us know what you've already done? Let us know if you've performed a reinstall, tested with another network connection, another account etc. The more info you provide, the better.

Also, it'd be helpful if you could let us know if you noticed when this delay started happening for the first time and if it was after something specific such as an update for example.

It's also worth mentioning that there's currently another thread here where other users are reporting an audio stutter/lag and maybe it's similar to what you're experiencing so it's worth taking a look.
