When switching from android or windows app to web player song order is change

My Question or Issue

When I select a playlist / liked songs of an artist/ album and start playing it on my phone (android) or on the windows app If I use the change device option to the web player the songs order is shuffled randomly in the web player.

When I change the device to the web player It just selects the same playlist/album/liked songs etc. it starts playing it from the song it was on before but shuffle the entire song list (including songs already played).

The shuffle button is disabled on all devices (android, web player and windows app).

How Can I make it continue playing in the same order of the app?

Just to confirm, are you still experiencing this? If you are can you let us know if you've already tried to log out > restart your device > log back in?

It's also a good idea to try a clean reinstall on your phone to clear any old files that might be causing issues.
