Why can’t I connect my Spotify to a website?

I’ve been trying to connect Spotify to a website, I agree to the terms and an error page keeps popping up, telling me to go to the help area. I have a premium account and payments are up to date.

Thanks for reaching out. Could you elaborate a bit more on what exactly you're trying to do and what the exact behaviour is?

  1. If you're trying to log in, but this isn't working, try following these steps. Try the login on different devices by first accessing the account page.
  2. If you're trying to use some sort of third party app that requires access to Spotify, try opening it in an incognito window and on different devices. If that doesn't work, look for any FAQs or other support materials provided by the developer of that app. These are not developed by Spotify, so they are outside of our direct influence.
  3. If you're trying to create some sort of Spotify integration of your own using the API, check out the Developers board here on the Community for assistance regarding any issues you might be facing.
