Why can’t I download my music to play offline on my new phone?

I have recently got a new phone and now I can’t download my music to play offline as it says “you’re out of offline devices, disable offline listening or remove all downloads from other devices”

On Spotify, you can download your favorite content on up to 5 devices. The error message you mentioned happens when you reach the limit of offline devices. So in this case, if you still have access to older devices, we'd recommend removing their downloads by following the steps mentioned at the bottom of this article. After removing them, you'll be able to download your content on the new device 🙂
