Why can't I download my playlists when I have premium?

Why can't I download my playlists when I have premium?

I paid for premium like I do every month and there's a receipt for it but when I try to download my playlists I get a pop up that says I've discovered a premium feature and to get premium.

Hi there,

 

Thanks for reaching out and welcome aboard. 

 

It's possible that you are logged into the wrong account on your device and that's why you have no Premium. Using a computer, go to the account page to double check the correct username and email address of your Premium account. Then, logout on your phone and log back in, making sure to use the correct login details. Then everything should work 🙂
