You know, that's definitely odd.
It's supposed to be accessible to collaborators even if it's private.
A quick reminder that the link remains usable for 24 hours only.
Also, have you tried getting a new link for a couple of times?
If you've done these,I can think of only one alternative for now.
Why don't you temporarily make the playlist public (but you can still stop it from appearing on your profile)
Then share it and see what happens. If it works, you can make it private again.
If the problem persists,I need you to get back to me with a screenshot (if possible) of the display on your sister's phone when she tries to open the playlist.

After having made it public and sharing it,does it disappear after you make it private?
Lastly, you could make a new playlist by using the "Add to other playlist" button on the menu.
Then you see if the issue persists.
I'm sorry to hear that though.
If the new playlist idea doesn't work, please get back to me and I'll see what to do because the problem might be with your account and not necessarily the playlists.

And I'm sorry the private playlist issue is still up.
I guess a public playlist could still work as long as you keep it off your profile.
I'll also try sharing playlists on my own, I'll contact you if I learn anything.
