Why does it say my address is wrong?

I put my address correctly and it says enter a valid address

Could you let us know in which situation this is happening? For example - does it happen when you're trying to create a Family plan, when joining a plan, or when trying to redeem a gift card?

Also, does the same error message appear if you give it a shot using a different device?
