In this case, we'd like to gather some additional info. Are you noticing some inconveniences on the playback, as mentioned here? If yes, please let us know what's exactly happening.


On another note, if the behavior described is different in your case, would you mind sending us a full description of what's exactly happening on your side? We were aware of similar inconveniences with the app recently; nevertheless, this should be fixed now as mentioned here. Since you mentioned you noticed inconsistencies when trying to play music, we'd suggest running a clean reinstall of the app on the affected devices. You can follow the steps in this article to do it.
