Why is there AccessDeniedAccess the the bottom of my spotify app screen 😭

It's not there on the home page, only on the other parts of spotify (this is the app not the website)

Could you try to log out > restart your device > log back in to see if that makes any difference for you?

It's also a good idea to remove any apps or services that Spotify may be connected with or affected by and make sure your OS is up-to-date. 
 

If you still experience this, we'd recommend to try performing a clean reinstall of the app with the steps here. It'll get you the latest app version with all necessary updates and fixes and will remove any corrupted files from previous installations.

Same thing with the other large problem where VIDEO will not play on the WEB APP

nothing they said helped also.

If you guys are paid employees of spotify, then they are bleeding out money for poor service agents.

It's only the Ads banner, nothing important. I have the same issue.

I have this problem since years, no matter i re-install the app, try new device, change router or internet, create new account, i just get that. I can't buy or see other profiles
