Why not change the creative for the ads promoting Spotify premium?

Many of the ads that come up are promoting Spotfiy's own premium service.  I have no problem with that but as an employee in the advertising industry, I must say the fact that the creative has remained unchanged for YEARS has started to get really aggravating.  If I only heard an ad or two a month I could tune it out but when I hear 20+ ads a month I can honestly say it makes me choose to listen less.
