Windows 10 mobile app error : "Audio could not be started"

Please help  - Can't use Spotify app on my Lumia 950XL, always get the same error message : Audio could not be started.

Soft reset or restart helps only for 1 day 😞 

P.S. If I not use bluetooth connection (headset or car kit) soft reset helps for 2-3 days)

It's not cool that this happens. If you haven't tried it before, a clean reinstall could help with this. You can find the steps in here.

i just cant seem to get Spotify to run on my new Microsoft Windows 10 phone. Most times it won't even start and then comes up with an error. On the few occasions that it does start, it just keeps flicking between screens and you cant control it. Ive deletd and reinstalled a numebr of times now and it wont work. HELP please... any advice?

This has now been an issue in the Windows 10 Mobile version for months! The only temporary workaround when this happens is a soft-reset or reboot of the phone. This seriously needs to get fixed 😞

I have exactly the same issue with Lumia 950xl. Probably over the last few weeks. Just cannot load Spotify. Have had to cancel premium in the meantime. It needs to be sorted asap.

This does not help at all. It took hours trying it twice. MS say to contact the developer!

Your link points to a page with instructions for Windows on the desktop. Windows phone isn't discussed.

The problem still exists apparently, as my phone (also a 950XL) has been doing this for a couple of days. Any real solutions?
