Windows Phone Lumia Denim - No app in store

Hi,

I can't find the app in the app store, for windows phone. My phone is a lumia 535, but as far as I saw there should be a version available ?

I'm from Austria, if that is of any relevance.

No, sorry, that doesn't work, but thanks for the effort.

I already sent myself an email with the link, and then I got an "App not available" because it is either removed from the store, not available for my phone version, or limited to a specific carrier"  (At least this is what the error message says)

Phone is updated to the newest version, if that info helps.

And can you open this link on your Desktop?

No, sadly I can't. (On my desktop yes, on my phone no)

But again, I can acess remote links for the download. But the download is greyed out, after clicking on "get this app".

Specifically it states (direct wording) :

"This app is not available for your device. Tap for more info"

After tapping this appears:

"App not available.

This might be because the app isn't avaiable in your country or region. it was removed from the Store by the publisher, or it's exclusive to a different mobile provider"

So I would be very glad if someone from the staff could comment on that.

No, Sadly neither Mobile internet nor two different Wifi-Networks are working.

Device is a Mircosoft Lumia 535

The Software Version is Lumia Denim version 3.15.3.54

Mobile Operator is TRG-AT as specified in the "Info"-Tab of my phone.

Sorry for the delay. Are you using a WiFi or a 3G/4G connection? If you are using WiFi, are you using any proxy or VPN?
