Windows Phone - Play all playlists in a playlist folder?

Hi, does anyone know if there is a way to play all playlists under a given playlist folder on the Windows Phone app?  When I click Playlists and then click my playlist folder, I don't see any option to play all, just the individual playlists in the folder.  Also, pressing and holding on the playlist folder doesn't bring up a menu.

Using App Version 2.0, Core Version 0.6.4.113.gf895e1a1.
