My Question or Issue
whenever I try to use Spotify on only my school chromebook I get the same error everytime, I will attach a photo. I asked my school's IT department and I got a response on thursday
Please help me fix this.

Thanks for posting in the Community.
Could you try clearing the cache and cookies of your browser?
Does a different account on the same device behave the same?
Are you able to connect the Chromebook to a different network and try again?

I did everything you told me to do using 3 different wifi networks my house, at school, and my tablet USB tethering. The only thing I can ever get to play is advertisements on the non premium account.

Thanks for getting back to us.
If you're still having issues, it's best to consult with your school's IT department again and let them know that you're unable to play Spotify. We can confirm that there shouldn't be any issues on our end.

I talked to them a little more and they said it's not their top priority so it may take a while to get a response
So, today I logged on spotify and it starts playing the music I haven't talked to my schools IT department yet so I don't know if they did something or if magicly started working.
