Xbox Credit Card - 3 month Spotify

Xbox provided a 3 month premium reward for using the credit card. I created an account as I didn't have one before. The link provided to redeem the code returns a 404 not found & Spotify redeem from settings says the code is invalid.

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome to the forum!

To start, first make sure that you're following these steps in order to redeem the offer (if you've not already done so):

1. Go to the landing page Xbox Mastercard: https://www.spotify.com/ppt/xboxmastercard/ 
2. Click START FREE TRIAL
3. Log in to Spotify 
4. Enter the code received from Xbox Mastercard
5. Click START FREE TRIAL to redeem your code 

In case you're still seeing the 404 error message, I recommend that you test again in an incognito-window on your browser or even with a different internet connection if that's possible.

Another thing worth mentioning is that if you're using a VPN this can cause different issues and it's recommended that you disable it.
