Year in Music - Top Tracks and Fall Season Missing

I'm having two major problems with the Year in Music feature. The first is when I try to get my top tracks playlist, it keeps giving me an error code saying that there is a problem on Spotify's end and then it takes me back to the Year in Music page. The second is that when I try to go to my Fall season, it won't finish loading and I can't see any stats for that season. Every other section of the program works but I just really want my top tracks playlist and to see my Fall season list. I've tried both things on two seperate computers and various browsers on each but nothing works. 

Update: I was able to create my Top Tracks playlist but my Fall season still does not want to load.
