You Should Have Access To Support

You Should Have Access To Support

There is no way to get support from Spotify that I can find.
I chatted with support the last time and they were able to make it seem like my problem was solved, but it persists. I purchased a 30$ gift card in Canada and I have been unable to add it to my account.
The red screen still pops up in my iPad app.
I made comments about how your site is hard to nmaviagte.

You should have easy links to submitting a gift card on the account update page so somebody doesn't have to hack the url to find your redeem page.

You should be able to redeem your Gift Cards via this link and in case something goes wrong again, do send us a screenshot!
